| Roofing Sales Manager / General Manager / MD
My Client is a leading Roofing Company, covering most areas of England. They are looking to take on an experienced Sales Manager / General Manager, who will become MD within 3 years. This is due to the retirement of the current MD in a few years. They are based in the Midlands, but are open to applicants either from the North or South England, with the understanding that you would need to relocate to the Midlands within a few years, to take on a more senior managerial role within the business. The company deal in many aspects of Roofing, and they are currently looking to expand on their presence on the refurbishment aspect of the industry. You will need to be experienced in the following -
As Mentioned my client is looking to take on someone who wants to progress to senior management and MD level within 3 years. Ideally you will be an all round salesman with a vision of becoming a Managing Director of a successful Roofing Company. This role is open now, and interviews are readily available with the Managing Director for relevant candidates. There is an excellent salary on offer, along with a full company package. As an extra there is a full bonus scheme, and with the progression to MD will include profit share in the business, and the freedom to grow and develop the business as your own.
