| ||
| My client is a rapidly growing Property Contractor, they currently require a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS to join their team near Oxford.
The successful Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS will work on projects that include university and hospital refurbishment, maintenance and new build in and around the Oxfordshire area.
They require someone with the following experience:
- 5 or more years quantity surveying experience
- Experience working on construction refurbishment / maintenance projects is an advantage
- Clear communication skills are essential
In return, my client is willing to offer the following salary:
- Between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Car/car allowance
- Health
- Pension
