| Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Demolition projects valued up to £250 million
Location: Central London - Southbank
Remuneration:
£22,000 - £26,000 per annum
Travel expenses

The Client:
Nationally recognised and respected as one of the leading contractors in the industry. Specialities include the de-construction of city centre commercial buildings, high rise residential structures, process and chemical plant dismantling, explosive demolition and asbestos removal
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role:
Due to continual expansion my client is looking for a young enthusiastic Assistant Quantity surveyor. The role of the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be to work within the current team that is already in place under the Senior Quantity Surveyor carrying out various assistant duties on the many demolition projects that are already in place throughout London City
Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months Quantity Surveying experience
- Demolition background would be beneficial
- Civils background essential
Synopsis:
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working for a large multi national contractor that have established themselves as one of the key leaders in there chosen field. With three new multi million pound contracts in the last month alone this organisation will certainly grow for many years to come
