Senior Project Manager - Cardiff
£60,000 - £70,000 + Bens + Car

A Senior Project Manager with previous experience managing £20 million+ construction projects is required to join our client, an established National Construction Company with a strong presence in South Wales.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience within the construction industry and will ideally have experience managing commercial, educational, healcare and/or retail developemnts. Your responsibilities will include managing the site to a high standard within budget, time and ensuring health & safety compliance is at all times.

Other day to day tasks involve heading up a team of site management, monitoring and ensuring quality assurance is met and ensuring materials are ordered and managed within a timescale in a money efficient manner. The project involves the construction of a living complex and retail area consisting of steel frame structures and amenities with an initial project value of £43 million.
