	Job Description:



	Our client is a building contractor with regional offices in the North and South of England. They currently require an Intermediate / Senior Planner to work in their office in Kent. The successful Intermediate / Senior Planner will be working on tender and contract projects up to £20m in value. This long established contractor works on a range of construction new build, refurbishment, restoration, conservation and maintenance projects in the South East. You will have the opportunity to work across sectors including commercial, industrial, health, education, residential and retail. Our client is seeking construction planners with the following skills: - Asta PowerProject experience (other software skills such as MS Project will also be considered) - Background in construction is essential - Relevant construction degree is an advantage - Ideally 5 years planning experience (although candidates with less will also be considered) - Good communication skills and a self starter attitude is essential In return for your experience, our client is willing to offer the following salary: - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) - Car/car allowance - Health - Pension This is a great opportunity if you are seeking a construction planning role based in Kent where you will be working on a variety of projects, please apply today for more information.
