	Construction Project Manager. Bristol. £40,000 - £45,000 + £5,000 My client is a medium sized building contractor specialising in projects ranging in value from £1.5 million to £8 million in the commercial sector across the South West. With an already reputable name in the region, they are looking to strengthen their rapidly growing team with a Site Manager to work out of their Bristol offices. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for running any one of their up and coming new build commercial projects, as well as manage Site Managers, sub-contractors and labour. You will be responsible for the daily health and safety of the site and will report to the Contracts Manager. From a construction background, you will have experience of working with a contractor of similar size on comparably sized projects. An excellent communicator, you will be confident in leading others, motivate yourself and have all the correct tickets as well as have experience in running projects of up to £8 million in value.
