| Design & Build Coordinator Reading/ Bucks On behalf of one of the UK's leading main contractors, Fawkes & Reece are currently seeking a Design & Build Coordinator to assist the Design & Build Manager for the Reading/Bedfordshire unit. You will provide technical advice, guidance and support during the pre-construction phases and will act as a design interface internally and externally to ensure the design criteria and process is provided to construction sites. Using a methodical approach and with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, you will be capable of working using your own initiative whilst as part of the design team. Ideally you have a minimum 3 years experience with a recognised contractor and have both the confidence and ambition to be part of a professional design management team.
