| Our Client Our respected client has a well established and successful reputation providing a comprehensive build service for multi-million pound design and build, PFI and traditional contracts throughout the London region within the M25. The Role & Opportunity - Construction Manager The role urgently requires an experienced and motivated Construction Manager for the London region within the M25 to work on projects ranging in value from £10million - £50million+. These will include, commercial, education, retail, mixed use schemes, healthcare residential and industrial. The Right Individual Construction Manager reporting to the Project Manager, you will be able to confident lead a site team and will clearly demonstrate a stable UK career path in this role with at least 5+ years experience with medium to large main contractors on New Build & Major Refurbishment projects. Technically confident, professional and able to deal with all manner of site issue's, you will hold a relevant construction qualification, and have a very good grasp on Health and Safety.
