| Our Client, a leading full-service construction business with over 2000 employees nationwide, is supported by a national network of local offices, the company works for private and public sector clients on projects from £50,000 to over £300M in value. Looking to appoint a Pre-Construction Manager to work out of its Welwyn Garden City (Herts) office. The ideal candidate will have 20-25 years' experience, the last 3-4 of which (approximately) will have been in pre-construction. Your remaining background will ideally be in estimating. Focused, driven, outgoing and keen to see through challenges and manage people effectively, whilst a degree is not essential, it would be viewed as a bonus. Keen to find the right candidate to integrate for the long term, our Client will be paying between £65k and £75k and will also provide a full benefits package. | ||
