| Position: Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, Permanent Project Manager. Location: Southampton Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car and Full Benefits Job RM Reference: PROJECT MANAGER - VAC/cs/SOUTHMA/pm Job Description: Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, Permanent Project Manager. Job Type: Permanent Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, Permanent Project Manager. Our Client: A medium to large, UK main contractor, known as excellent at encouraging career progression, with an enviable reputation in the private and public sectors and a very high percentage of repeat business. The Role: As Project Manager you will have a good track record working on both new build and refurbishment projects. You will possess at least 2 years experience in a Project Manager role and will have ideally worked for a UK main contractor. You the Project Manager will need to be focused and results driven. This is a new opportunity for a Project Manager to work on a number of different projects recently won, these project are New Builds and Refurbishment projects ranging from £5mill to £15mill in Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Retail so lots of the relevant experience in these sectors is required. The successful Project Manager will be expected to work mainly on projects in the Hampshire region.
