| Position Commercial Manager / Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Location Surrey Salary £65k + Car + Full Benefits Company Fawkes & Reece Contact Adel Elsayed Job RM Reference VAC: AE38339 Job Type Permanent Job Description Commercial Manager / Estimator / Quantity Surveyor The Client Our client is an up and coming fit out and refurbishment contractor based in Surrey. They are only in their third year of business and already have a turnover of over £15m and a full order book up until 2010. Their key markets are within high end residential and commercial interior refurbishment and they have already completed a number of prestigious high profile projects in and around London. Such is their success that they can be selective over which projects they work on and which clients to do business with. Presently they are looking for an all around Commercial Manager with a hunger to succeed and move their career forward. Commercial Manager / Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Our client is currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager for projects throughout the capital and its surrounding areas. The duties of the Commercial Manager will be to carry out the general Estimating and Surveying functions required and also to put in place the necessary policies and procedures to ensure ongoing financial control of projects. The role will be split between the office, sites and client meetings and the right candidate will have an active role to play at all stages of the contracts from tendering to final accounts. The role is very fluid with no two days being the same with reactive and pro-active elements to the job. Commercial Manager / Estimator / Quantity Surveyor For this project the client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager, ideally with experience of working within a similar environment. A relevant recognized qualification in Quantity Surveying would also be an advantage although more important is proven ability to work to the clients' satisfaction and deliver on the company promise. The successful Commercial Manager will be organized and self- motivated and must have the ability to work to deadlines whilst retaining excellent standards of quality and service. Ideally you will be a self starter who has a genuine desire to push their career as afar as possible and be a part of taking the company to the next level.
