| Position Senior Quantity Surveyor/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor Location London Salary £55,000 + Car and full benefits Company Fawkes & Reece Job RM Reference QUANTITY SURVEYOR VAC: AE36652 Job Type Permanent Job Description Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor Our client is a well respected fit out and interior refurbishment company based in North London. They were established over decade ago and have experienced fantastic year on year growth. They cover a number of different sectors and cover both Design and Build and traditional forms of contract. Their core market is high spec hotel fit out and refurbishments and they are presently working on some of the best known hotels in the UK. They are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their offices on the Hertfordshire / Essex border where they will be joining a team of six Quantity Surveyors of differing levels. Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor The role of the Quantity Surveyor will be to start working on a number of projects throughout the South East with a view to eventually taking the lead on one or two of the larger projects in their portfolio. The role will involve a heavy amount of interaction with client and architects and the ability to build successful working relationships is critical to the role. The Quantity Surveyor will be supported by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who will be tasked with covering the office based Quantity Surveyor duties whilst you are on site and attending meetings. Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor or even a Senior Quantity Surveyor that has around a minimum of 4 years experience in the industry, ideally with a Main Contractor or even high spec fit out contractor. The Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor would ideally have a relevant Quantity Surveyor qualification and have excellent references and be based close to South East England.
