| Position Site Manager/ Senior Site Manager /Assistant Site Manager/ Site Agent/ Senior Site Agent/ Section Site Manager / Finishing Manager / Intermediate Site Manager /Construction Site Manager Location Hampshire Salary Negotiable Daily or Hourly rates depending on the level of the relevant Site Manager/ Senior Site Manager experience of the applicant. Current rates vary from £20- £24 an hour or an equivalent hourly rate. THIS VACANCY: Our client a large Main Contractor with an excellent reputation within the construction industry has an urgent requirement for freelance Site managers on long term contract basis. You will be working on one of their most prestigious projects in Hampshire £10 Million RC frame New Build School. Please only apply if you worked on educational projects in the past of values above £5 Million for Main Contractors. As Site Manager you will have a good track record working on both new build and refurbishment projects. You will possess at least 5 years experience in a Site Manager role and have ideally worked for UK main contractors. You the Site Manager will need to be focused and results driven. You will posses all Health & Safety Qualifications needed to run a site tidily, safely, on time and to budget .
