| SENIOR PLANNER (Tender and contract) WEST YORKSHIRE £neg dep on Exp Our Client, one of the most successful construction groups in the north of England comes with a reputation for professionalism, quality of product and excellence of service and a blue chip client list that provides high levels of repeat and partnered opportunities within the Commercial and Public Sectors. To build on their continued success they are now looking to recruit individuals with creativity and high professional standards to work in Yorkshire. You will be required and/or have experience of the following: To prepare detailed Tender Programmes for client submission, To prepare and update contract programmes as required, To prepare and monitor procurement schedules for materials, sub-contractors and information, To advise and assist management on all aspects of planning including resources advise, To assist in the training of management staff in the use of CS project and associated software. Excellent presentation skills at tender interview, Able to evaluate tender documents and prepare the most effective, logical and cost effective programmes of works. To be effective in management of own time in order to achieve necessary objectives Experience required: Ideally 10 years Industry Experience including 5 years in the Planning Department (preferably with 'on site' working knowledge) but consideration to candidates with the relevant level of experience will be considered equally. | ||
