You will be required and/or have experience of the following: To prepare detailed Tender Programmes for client submission, To prepare and update contract programmes as required, To prepare and monitor procurement schedules for materials, sub-contractors and information, To advise and assist management on all aspects of planning including resources advise, To assist in the training of management staff in the use of CS project and associated software. Excellent presentation skills at tender interview, Able to evaluate tender documents and prepare the most effective, logical and cost effective programmes of works. To be effective in management of own time in order to achieve necessary objectives Experience required: Ideally 10 years Industry Experience including 5 years in the Planning Department (preferably with 'on site' working knowledge) but consideration to candidates with the relevant level of experience will be considered equally.
