	SITE MANAGER YORKSHIRE & NTH EAST Our Client, one of the most successful construction groups in the north of England comes with a reputation for professionalism, quality of product and excellence of service and a blue chip client list that provides high levels of repeat and partnered opportunities within the Commercial and Public Sectors. To build on their continued success they are now looking to recruit individuals with creativity and high professional standards to work in the Yorkshire & Nth East areas. Reporting to a Projects or Contracts Manager you will be required to manage building projects with values to £10M or sections of the project 1.To take overall responsibility for the management of a project or allocated sections of a project 2.Assist in the planning, analysing and overseeing setting out of works and site preparation 3.Produce short-term target programmes and communicate to sub-contractor 4. Undertake regular site inspections and , when necessary, lead, organise and chair all site meetings. 5. Liase with the design team and client 6.Ensure materials and plant are requisitioned in line with company procedures. 7.Implement Health & Safety policy and ensure safe systems of work are planned and implemented at all times
