	SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYORS North East £Neg + BENEFITS Our Client, one of the most successful construction groups in the north of England comes with a reputation for professionalism, quality of product and excellence of service and a blue chip client list that provides high levels of repeat and partnered opportunities within the Commercial, Public and Private Sectors. To build on their continued success in the North East they are now looking to recruit individuals with creativity and high professional standards to work in this region. Working on projects with values £3M + your key responsibilities will be: 1.Carry out full Q.S. function on between 1 and 3 live projects plus older accounts. 2.Provide a lead on financial, commercial and contractual advice. 3.Order placing, sub-contract payments, disputes, final accounts. 4.Agreeing final accounts with PQS as projects proceed. 5.Maximising value, minimising costs wherever possible. 6.Management of Q.S. staff where appropriate. 7.Act as ambassador for Company.
