| Position Estimator / Assistant Estimator / Intermediate Estimator/ Senior Estimator Location London Salary £70,000 + Car + Full Benefits Company Fawkes & Reece Contact Adel Elsayed Job RM Reference ESTIMATOR VAC- VAC-35482 Job Type Permanent Job Description Estimator / Assistant Estimator / Intermediate Estimator/ Senior Estimator My client is a specialist fit-out and refurbishment contractor based in South East London. They are presently recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join an already successful team for a number of interesting and exciting clients and projects. The company generally takes on projects with values of up to £10m, although they do occasionally undertake larger projects for valued clients. They take a flexible approach to each project and focus on the needs of the client by finding out as much as possible about their business. They are a strong and thriving business with a turnover of over £80m and generally operate between 10-15 projects at any one time. Estimator / Assistant Estimator / Intermediate Estimator/ Senior Estimator They are looking for a Senior Estimator to work in a team of five Estimators with the focus on producing top grade tenders so as to win each and every project that they tender for. Aside from producing tenders and 'number crunching' the Senior Estimator will have to possess good social skills with the ability to make effective presentations to prospective clients and have the authority to present a professional image of the company. Due to the nature of the role the Senior Estimator will primarily be office based but will also have to attend site and fulfill other out of office obligations when required. Estimator / Assistant Estimator / Intermediate Estimator/ Senior Estimator Ideally the Senior Estimator will have a minimum of five years experience in a similar role and have experience of the fast track fit-out market, although people from a similar sub-contract background or main contractor will also be considered. Most important is the desire to achieve success within the company and a hunger to win prestigious projects by producing good quality work.
