| Quantity Surveyor The Company: Our client is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. The allegiance to the South West has seen them construct many of the region's landmark buildings. Their integration with specialist local subcontractors and suppliers is key. These established relationships have consistently helped them win and successfully deliver projects against some of the UK's largest national contractors. In response, their supply chain works with them to exceed customer expectations and performance targets. The Role: Quantity Surveyors are required for their National Teams. As a Quantity Surveyor (Q'S's) you will be responsible for leading the commercial function on either single or multi site projects. The Person: For National Team 1 you will ideally have a retail background, however this is not essential. Design and Build experience or Estimating experience would be an advantage. Must be able to turn budgets around very quickly. Quantity Surveyor's (Q'S's) are based at Parklands (Bristol) but are required to visit sites on a weekly basis. For National Team 2 you will be experienced QS with strong buying experience.
