| My client is a leading and well respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Contractor operating nationally, with a turnover in excess of 100 million. They have been established for 50 years and the group offers commercial and industrial clients integrated services including design, installation, and maintenance of building services. The company is currently looking to take on an experienced Senior Contracts Manager/Operations Manager to lead a southern branch. The main objective of the role is beyond that of a Contracts Manager and will require the successful candidate to allocate and prioritise the time of the branch, increasing turnover in a controlled manner and ensure all contracts undertaken are operating within set deadlines and to agreed budgets. The Role Management of a southern branch Exercise financial management Provide advice to the Company Directors Build relationships with customers whilst protecting the company's interests whilst pushing forwards yearly turnover targets The Person Ideally 10 years experience in UK M&E industry as contracts manager Experienced in the production, and planning of the timing and accuracy of reports, installation and procurement programmes Points of Attraction for the Role The entry point of this role is into the lead operational role in the senior management team of the branch Excellent basic salary circa 50K, and bonus incentive scheme HumRes is a specialist recruitment consultancy with an extremely successful M&E building services division.
