| An excellent salary package is now on offer for the right candidate to lead a commercial team on an M&E new-build project for a prestigious bank - value 15 million. A permanent role as senior QS is available within this growing M&E building services contractor, with work secured for 2008 in excess of 75 million. The company has earned the respect of the Southwest construction world for over 50 years for its first-class delivery of projects to some of the top main contractors in the industry. Its engineering solutions and customer service have seen the company's order books grow profitably each year, returning excellent bonuses to staff. The Job Responsible for dealing with all commercial aspects of project from handover from the bid-team to completion Reporting to the commercial manager you will ensure that all targets and variations of the project programme are successfully negotiated Experience You will have a history of working for M&E contractors or consultancies It is essential that you have a mechanical or electrical background and an excellent understanding of the demands of quantity surveying in M&E subcontracting Proven record of delivering multimillion pound M&E projects to budget Proven leader of mechanical and electrical Quantity Surveyors Why Apply for this Role?
