| Our client is an award winning, well-established mechanical contractor installing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for blue-chip clients, turning over around 100 million. The company is currently looking to take on an experienced mechanical contracts manager with an excellent understanding of air-conditioning design for a new, prestigious project in the South West. The Role Ensure that all contract engineering functions are properly undertaken Report on the financial status of each contract at monthly intervals Exercise financial management checks, including reporting on the contract's financial status on a monthly basis The Person Excellent knowledge of mechanical design and build projects Excellent experience of air-conditioning installation Good knowledge of projects with values from 500K to 3 million Points of Attraction for the Role Part of a talented team in an established, high profile mechanical contractor Excellent basic salary 37-40K, with great bonus incentives Part of a well established and known company HumRes is a specialist recruitment consultancy with an extremely successful M&E building services division.
