| Quantity Surveyor position ~ Southern Hampshire ~ MOD Refurbishments
My client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor background to work on its commercial team of Quantity Surveyors and Estimators on construction/refurbishment projects.
Location:
Southern Hampshire and Dorset
Remuneration:
Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience

Role:
You will be expected to oversee teams of surveyors on a number of construction refurbishment projects around the Hampshire and Dorset area, worth between £100k to £5m. The projects are often for the government or MOD, and the role will see you often on site.
Requirements:
- Main Contractor background
- Ideally 6-8 years of Quantity Surveying experience
- BSc or equivalent is desirable
