	Construction Senior Site Manager. South West Wales £38,000 - £42,000 + £5,000 car allowance. My client is a National Building Contractor working out of their regional base in the Wiltshire area. With a portfolio of successful contracts valued at around £18 million, they have gained an enviable reputation in the industry. They currently require a Senior Site Manager to take the lead on one of their up and coming retail, commercial, education or healthcare projects. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the daily running of your site and ensure a timely completion to budget. You will manage Sub-Contractors, health and safety, method statements and risk assessments. You will report to the Project Manager. With a strong construction background, you will have a proven track record in completing sites of similar size on time and to budget, ideally for a similar sized contractor. A great communicator, you will be competent in leading motivating others as well as yourself, not to mention working well under pressure.
