| Our client is a leading and well respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Group operating nationally, with a turnover of in excess of 100 million. The Role Ensure that all Contract Engineering functions are properly undertaken by Projects Engineers and professional standards are kept Work within set financial budgets and financial targets for awarded contract, and report on the financial status of each contract at monthly intervals The Person Experience of contracting for top blue-chip clients Experienced in the production, and planning of the timing and accuracy of reports, installation and procurement programmes for projects of values to 4 million Experienced in managing the financial status of projects under their control Proven to consistently deliver good financial returns on projects, taking into account all relevant factors Points of Attraction for the Role The entry point of this role is into the senior management team Excellent basic salary circa 55K, and bonus scheme HumRes is a specialist recruitment consultancy with an extremely successful M&E building services division.
