| An outstanding salary package is now on offer for a senior electrical contracts manager to take the lead role in a contracts department with work secured for 2008 in excess of 15 million. You will take direct responsibility for managing the higher value client base (1 to 4 million in electrical services) established for 2008 by the previous senior contracts manager. This manager was promoted after only 2 years to an associate director role; this opportunity will also be given to you. Of equal importance is to deliver a high quality of service to the new clients that will be secured from the greater exposure this director will now have to the business development of markets that the company has established over the last 25 years. You will take the lead role on managing the contracts secured in this new stream of business. First-rate delivery of these prestigious multimillion-pound contracts will be essential to the company's plans to move into projects of values of up to 5 million. You will be responsible for managing the largest contracts yet to be secured by the company. This position will allow you to gain valuable experience of developing new client relationships, as well as continuing your core work as an excellent electrical contracts manager. The role: To take the lead role on the company's top projects in the 1 to 4 million value bracket Contracts manage these projects from inception to completion Experience: It is essential to have a solid work history within the electrical subcontracting industry in sectors such as hotels, offices, and shopping centres Proven experience of controlling the delivery of multimillion pound electrical building services projects An outstanding opportunity: In two years the current associate director will move to the board due to the retirement of the current MD. Therefore successfully winning this role will see you immediately on the ladder to an associate directorship within two years Your importance to the company as the manager of the highest value contracts in the company's history will be clearly stated Be the first contacts manager in this company to manage contracts in excess of 4 million Enjoy managing contracts for clients who have given this company preferred supplier status for over 5 years Outstanding basic salary 60-65K, with excellent bonus and benefits HumRes is a specialist recruitment consultancy with an extremely successful M&E building services division.
