| Project Planner / Planning Engineer
Planning Engineer to work on Residential building projects worth between £10m and £40m each.
A small to medium-sized construction contractor currently requires a Planning Engineer to work on various residential projects in Central London.
My client have been established for over 20 years and have a turnover of over £150m per annum. They tend to work on residential new build and refurbishment projects in Central London, worth between £10m and £40m each.
They are committed to progressing and developing their staff and this is shown by the fact they have won several recent employer awards from the likes of the Sunday Times "Top 100" and Building Magazine.
Due to continued growth, they currently require a Planning Engineer to be based from their office near Liverpool Street in Central London.
With 8-10 residential projects currently ongoing in London, the successful candidate will be expected to help lead several of these, with responsibilities including creating project plans using planning software, monitoring and updating programmes, progress reporting and liaising with senior management, clients and subcontractors.
Ideally for this Planning Engineer role, the successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Between 3-7 years planning experience within the construction sector.
- Good communication skills and previous experience of handling multiple projects.
- Proficiency with either Primavera or PowerProject software.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
