	Quantity Surveyor - Leeds - £35-42k I am currently recruiting on behalf of a regional contractor who specialise in industrial and commercial units both refurb and new build in and around the Leeds area. They currently seek a talented and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic commercial department to work on a variety of projects with values up to £3 million. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will ideally be a chartered member of RICS, although this is not essential and candidates boasting at least 6 years of UK based experience will also be considered. Your duties will include: * Preparation of cost plans * Preparation of contractor's payment recommendations * Tender evaluation & assessment * Preparation of recommendations for award of contractor packages * Preparing and presenting cash flow & cost management advice to clients * Interpreting and offering advice on contract * Ensuring contractual notices and client entitlements are properly administered * Measuring & valuing variations * Agreement of final accounts If successful you will join a company that can offer you excellent job stability, brilliant career prospects and a competitive basic salary with benefits.
