| Senior Quantity Surveyor
My client urgently requires a senior quantity surveyor to work on projects based in Kent and the South East. Initially the successful quantity surveyor will be working on 2 large new build construction projects in Kent.
Location:
Sevenoaks, Kent
Remuneration for the Quantity Surveyor:
Up to £60,000 per annnum
Car Allowance
Car insurance paid
Pension Scheme
Health Care
Annual bonus of up to 20% of salary

The Role:
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on various construction projects within Kent and the South East, however initially you would be working on 2 distribution centre's, valued at approximately £40 million. You would be heading up a small team of quantity surveyors, and reporting to the managing quantity surveyor or the commercial manager.
The Client:
My client are an established main contractor with an annual turnover of around £450 million, operating within the construction, rail, highways and civil engineering sectors. They invest highly in people, and have excellent staff retention. They have also been crowned as the best employer of 2007.
Requirements:
>7 + Years Quantity Surveying Experience
>Ideally a main contractor background
>Experience of handling multiple projects at a time is advantageous
