| Estimator
An Estimator is required by our client who is a national contractor working on central government highways maintenance contracts in various regions.
The role
The successful candidate will be based from our clients' regional office in Birmingham and will be expected to travel to their head office Oxford weekly.
You will be responsible to price term maintenance and large tenders within the highways sector helping to develop price strategies and gather feedback from existing contracts. You will also have to manage more complex bids within the local government sector.
Requirements
- Estimating experience within highways/roads would be ideal
- Estimating experience within civil engineering is essential
- Good working knowledge or using both Excel and estimating packages
Remuneration
- Up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
