| My client is looking for a senior planner with construction experience to work on a range of projects across the South-East.
My client are specialist social housing contractor operating in London and the South East, they undertake Partnering, housing, PFI and estate and community regeneration projects. They have been developing as a company for over 40 years and have solid long term partnering alliances. They have a solid reputation with clients and have won numerous awards within the construction industry. Although an expanding contractor they still have a strong team ethic that runs throughout their company.
The successful planner will be working on new-build, refurbishment, decent homes and social housing projects with a value of up to £30m each. You will be based in their offices in north Kent with regular site visits
Our client is seeking senior planners with the following skills:
- Asta Powerproject experience preferred
- 5 years planning experience (candidates with less will be considered)
- Experience in construction sector
- Relevant construction degree is advantageous
- Good communication skills and a self starter attitude is essential
In return for your experience, our client is willing to offer the following salary:
- Up to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Car/car allowance
- Health
- Pension
