	Intermediate/Senior Quantity Surveyor - Iconic M&E Projects £80million Senior Quantity Surveyor Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum Healthcare Travel Expenses Car/Car Allowance Location: Central London Ref:DG-12626 The Client: Established as a partnership in 1974 they now have offices across the south of England, with an extensive network of clients and a track record of successful projects in both the UK and internationally. There clients include private individuals, local and national public sector bodies, government departments, private and Plc companies. My client takes great pride in the fact that in excess of 80% of the company's turnover is accounted for from either long established clients or ongoing framework/partnering relationships. The Role: The succesful Intermidiate/Senior Quantity Surveyor will have experience in estimating/ cost planning/ SMM7 measurement/ post contract/ Employer's Agent duties to work on a diverse range of projects that will require excellence in all aspects of delivery & which will offer client facing opportunities & the prospect of career development.
