Location:

Client:
My client is a well established and highly successful specialist interior fit-out and refurbishment company. The majority of their work is formed from high specification residential projects which can include listed buildings, country estates and diplomatic premises.
Annual company turnover is in excess of £100 million and continues to rise
Project:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based in London on a number of prestigious construction projects. These will be mainly new build with values ranging from £250 thousand to £20 million.
As the Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor you will receive a structured learning and development plan that will enable you to progress to the next stage of your career as swiftly as possible.
Requirements:
- Ideally 4-5years Quantity Surveying experience
- BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying is desirable
