| Senior Planner/Planning Manager - North London
Our client is a sub contractor that specialises in RC frames. They have forged a strong reputation within the construction sector and they provide services to several instantly recognisable blue chip clients. They currently seek a Senior Planner or Planning Manager to help the company progress to the next level.
The planning function of the company is effectively carried out by various project staff internally, however as they continue to expand they realise that a planning department is essential. As such, they require someone to come on board to start this function and to grow and develop this department over a period of time.
Based from their North London/Hertfordshire office, you will be responsible for a variety of projects within the M25. They work on various developments including residential schemes and car parks.
They seek an individual who has around 10 years + planning experience. They may consider someone with less experience, but you will need to prove you are up to the challenge of growing the planning function, developing a team longer term and playing a key role in the future growth of the business.
Salary will be commensurate with experience, but you can expect a basic salary of up to £60 000 per annum dependent on experience. In addition to this, there is a very attractive benefits package, including car, health and pension.
