| Quantity Surveyor-Senior Quantity Surveyor-Project Quantity Surveyor
My client is a small PQS company based in the North London area. They have recently turned a corner and are now expanding due to an increase in work load. My client requires the services of a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor to carry out a range of Quantity Surveying duties on luxury Housing projects
Remuneration for the Quantity Surveyor:
My client will pay up to
£50,000 per annum - Senior Quantity Surveyor
£45,000 per annum - Project Quantity Surveyor
£25,000 - £40,000 - Quantity Surveyor
Location:
Main base: North London
Sites: Central London/City
The opportunity:
Established in 1983 my client has gone from strength to strength and is looking to compete with the bigger companies such as EC Harris, Davis Langdon and Faithful and Gould. Projects are mainly high class luxury apartments valued from £500,000 - £100million and are normally based in prestigious locations like Mayfair and Knightsbridge. More recently my client has ventured out into commercial and educational projects
Requirements:
If you feel you are relevant please apply as my client is willing to consider Quantity Surveyors from Assistant level upward (no trainees)
PQS/Consultancy background would be preferential
Synopsis:
This is an ideal opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding PQS which will give the successful Quantity Surveyor the chance to move up with the company as they take on more Quantity Surveyors and Commercial staff.
