| Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager
Location where the Commercial Manager will be based:
Hertfordshire
Remuneration:
£50,000 per annum plus benefits
Benefits include
Up to 15% of salary bonus
28 days holiday
Pension is up to 8% - switching to final salary after 5 years service
36 Hour week

My client:
My client pride themselves as being at the forefront of the rail sector spanning new build, refurbishment and maintenance. They have offices all over Europe and they work on a variety of projects including signalling, track extensions and other rail related projects. Currently they employ in excess of 20,000 worldwide with an annual turnover of over £3 billion.
The role:
At present they seek a Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager to be based in their Hertfordshire office. You will be responsible the commercial management of all framework agreements and resulting contracts, establishing commercial strategy including cost management and leading the management of change control of contracts for programmes or contracts variations.
Requirements:
15+ years UK Quantity Surveying experience with at least 3-5 years in a management capacity
Main Contractor/End client/Consultancy background with rail project experience
A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a construction related subject is desirable
