	Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical Electrical A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to work on one of Europes most prestigious projects based in Central London at St Pancras Remuneration: For the right Senior Quantity Surveyor my client is willing to offer the following package: £50,000 per annum plus benefits Benefits include: A company car or car allowance, pension and health care Location: Central London The opportunity: My client is one of the UK's leading Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors. As part of one of the largest new build projects on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link terminal, at St Pancras in London, they now require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on commercial responsibilities for the project. The total value of works is £420 million and a large part of this will be in the building services aspects of the contracts. What they require: You will need to be at a Senior Quantity Surveyor level ideally with 15 years Quantity Surveying experience in a relevant mechanical and Electrical field. Rail based experience is by no means essential for this role, but construction based experience is going to be required.
