| Project Planning Engineer / Construction Planner
A regional main contractor currently seek a Planning Engineer (Construction Planner) to be based from their office near Blackfriars in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an organisation that will value you as an individual and not another "cog in the machine".
My client are a fast-growing main contractor with several offices across the UK. Established for over 50 years, they are now looking to develop a planning team for their London projects due to continued growth. Typical projects include leisure, hotels, retail developments, hospitals, office blocks, etc.
They have a reputation for being an excellent organisation to work for and for promoting great job satisfaction across their workforce.
With several projects set to commence in the coming months, they require a Planner to be primarily site-based, although the role will also involve working on occasional tenders. All of the sites will be in Central London and you will be based from their office in Blackfriars.
Ideally for this Planning Engineer role, the successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous construction planning experience with some time spent on site.
- Proficiency with Asta PowerProject software.
- A relevant construction or civil engineering degree would be a distinct advantage.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
In return, my client will pay a basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum plus an excellent benefits package.
