| Position Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, Project Quantity Surveyor Location North London Salary Negotiable Daily or Hourly rates depending on the level of the relevant Quantity Surveyor experience of the applicant. Current rates vary from £320-£370 p/day. THIS VACANCY; We are urgently seeking an experienced and reliable Freelance quantity surveyor at either Senior or Intermediate level: to manage a portfolio of schools projects for one of our busy clients in Essex. The projects consist of 5 schools in the North London area and you will be required to go out to site meetings. The works will include a mix of one large new build, two smaller new build part refurbishments and 2 large refurbishments. The work will run for around 36 weeks and if the first project you are running is successful you will have an opportunity to either stay on until the end on an hourly or daily rate or a permanent role within the company as a project or senior quantity surveyor. The Role - Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor, Contract Surveyor As a proven Quantity Surveyor you will have a track record working on complex major construction projects. You will possess either a Degree or HNC and will have the drive and confidence to work in a professional site based team. As the project's "number one" Quantity Surveyor, you will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus. You will have previously worked as a project Quantity Surveyor on a similar value project or now be looking to progress onto large more prestigious work.
