The main objective is to ensure the efficient management of the commercial and contractual activities within the business unit. Key responsibilities: * The efficient and effective management of the commercial and contractual activities * The professional development of contract administration and project management staff in commercial matters * Effective and consistent implementation of the company's commercial policies and procedures * Commercial risks and opportunities are identified and addressed in a timely manner. Competencies: * Relevant tertiary qualifications * Minimum of ten years experience in project/ contractual engineering * Sound commercial acumen accompanied by proven negotiation and inter-relationship skills * Clear and definitive communication, written and verbal accompanied by competent presentation ability.
