Quantity Surveyors (All Levels), OSLO, NORWAY (Oil & Gas)

Our client has over 140 offices world wide and has recently been voted within the top 10 Big Companies to work for in the Sunday Times. They are one of the largest providers of cost management, offering a total service incorporating all aspects of quantity surveying and commercial management.

They are now looking to appoint Quantity Surveyors at all levels to be based Norway. Working within the Oil and Gas sector for onshore and offshore projects, all opportunities are located ONSHORE in Stavanger, Oslo or Bergen.

Responsibilities:

Contracts Engineering;

• Supporting and advising the project management team on contractual issues
• General administration of contracts
• Development and negotiation of contracts
• Change management and control
• Risk management

Cost Engineering;

• Support the project management team on cost issues
• Establishing project budgets
• Reporting and monitoring costs
• Estimating
• Review and approval of contractor invoices

You'll have a degree or similar in Quantity Surveying and you may have previous experience in the oil & gas sector - but it is not a pre requisite!

You'll be technically aware and able to work with some support to deliver all pre and post contract services the customer project team
