| Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager Major Portfolio of works Opportunities for additional training and further development A Project Engineer with a proven track construction background is sought by a leading rail contractor. This position has arisen due to the award of a major alliance construction project. Your skills will also be utilized on other smaller rail maintenance and renewals projects when required. $100k base salary + super + 20k car Located in Sydney - Inner West - Excellent Car Parking Structured training and development offered Social and friendly workplace with employee focus Opportunities for further career advancement The Project Engineer responsibilities will consist of: Budgeting and cost control Project programming Quality assurance, environmental and safety aspects of the project Coordination of site staff Forecasting Subcontractor management Weekly and monthly reporting Health & Safety focus The successful Project Engineer will require a minimum of 5 years rail engineering experience. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering are essential. Proven experience in running rail construction projects with an established rail contractor is sought.
