Their impressive portfolio of projects continues to grow and they are always on the look out for talented people to work with their clients across the globe - currently in Moscow. With over 15 years experience of working in Russia, they have a strong presence in this growing market place. Subsequently they require Cost managers / Quantity surveyors to work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team implementing a wide range of commercial projects.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will provide the full spectrum of quantity surveying duties and be familiar with all forms of contract. You will maintain and improve levels of service, give guidance, care and mentoring of staff where appropriate and most importantly monitor the external costs, and assess their impact upon projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on Moscow's landmark development projects!

You'll have excellent Cost Management / Quantity Surveying track record with knowledge of both pre and post contract work with the ability to represent the company in client meetings. You‘ll be highly organised and professional, computer literate and a team player who is able work within teams but also use their own initiative. You'll be able to report both internally and externally and be degree qualified with RICS membership.
