Our client has over 140 offices world wide and has recently been voted within the top 10 Big Companies to work for in the Sunday Times. They are one of the largest providers of cost management, offering a total service incorporating all aspects of quantity surveying and commercial management.

With on-going grow they are now looking to appoint Quantity Surveyors to support the Divisional Manager in the day to day management of their Buildings Sector business. Working from their office in Sheffield you'll be working on the development of Health, Education and Community sectors, giving advice and support to Local /Health Authorities, developing existing clients and acquiring new business particularly in the external market. You also offer advice to clients in developing business cases through to construction of schools, hospitals, defence and other community based projects.

You'll have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar level degree / vocational qualification and will have previous QS employment, ideally working within the Public / Buildings Sector. You'll be flexible with travel and be willing to go through the government's security process and gain a suitable level of clearance.
