	Construction Site Manager - Kent - £40-50k With benefits, bonuses and car allowance I am currently recruiting for a large regional contractor who specialise in a high profile commercial, healthcare and educational projects in the south of the country. They are looking to recruit a Site Manager to be second on site for a new £6million healthcare project the company has recently tendered and won the contract for. Based on site, you will be responsible for all aspects of programme completion, promotion and maintenance of health and safety on site, cost management, dealing with sub contractors, client satisfaction and quality control. You will report directly to the project manager who will be overseeing the whole development. The successful candidate will be currently working for a similar sized contractor, with experience of managing sites to a value of £10 million, ideally with a history working on healthcare and similar project type. Longevity with previous companies is desirable and a good amount of UK based experience is essential. Additionally, candidates with a predominately residential history will not be considered for this position.
