| Construction Contract Manager. Swindon. £50,000 - 55,0000 + £5000 car + benefits + Bonus My client is a medium sized contractor specialising in Healthcare, Arts and education Projects across the south and South West with contract values of up to £3 million. Due to an increasing amount of success, they are looking to add to their team with an experienced Contracts Manager to work from their Swindon Offices on 3-4 projects of up to £1 million each. These will be either new build, refurb-restoration design and build schemes within the health, Leisure and Industrial sectors As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the management of these schemes from inception through to completion. You will be involved in the tender for new schemes and liaison with the client. You will report report to the Managing Director. You will already be working for a medium sized Contractor and have a proven track record in delivering projects of up to £3 million on time and to budget. You will be a natural leader and work well under pressure and have relevant experience in New Builds and Extensions. Experience in working with tenders is advantageous, however not essential as you use your Contract Managing experience to progress your skills in the industry.
