	Construction Site Manager (Fit-out and Refurb) - London - £38-50k I am currently recruiting for one of the UK's largest fit-out and refurbishment contractors with over 80 years experience within the industry. They have an extensive booking sheet that boasts some of the UK's largest and most recognisable companies who provide them with jobs with varying values of £500k to £10 million. They currently seek an experienced Site Manager to join their team based in central London. The ideal candidate will already have at least 5 years fit out / refurb experience with another reputable contractor, ideally working in a Site Managers role. You will have a valid CSCS card with all the relevant health and safety and site awareness training expected. The role will initially be overseeing a retail fit out project valued at £2 million and your responsibilities will be to ensure that the site is run in an orderly and efficient manner whilst maintaining an excellent level of health and safety on site. You will be responsible for cost and quality control, reporting to the contracts manager with any variations that may occur.
