	Finishing Manager - Brighton - £28-32k + Car allowance and benefits A well established construction / residential developer currently seek an experienced Finishing Manager to work on a £12 million valued development in Brighton. The project comprises of 2 new build 3 storey timber frame care homes, comprised of 60 bedrooms. The ideal candidate will come from a construction background but residential candidates with a non volume house building history will also be considered. It is imperative that you have excellent interpersonal and communicational skills as client liaison is integral to this position. Successful candidates will come from a management background and all relevant health and safety as well as training certificates are expected (CSCS, SMSTS etc). You will be reporting to the construction manager and will be responsible for managing sub contractors, ensuring health and safety expectations are met and managing the hand over process.
