Construction Foreman. Bristol. £29,000 - £30,000 + Benefits

Our client is an established National Contractor specialising in a range of high street refurb projects with values ranging from £500,000 to £8million. Due to their continual success in the South West, they are looking to strengthen their established team with a driven Site Foreman to work on a large framework with a recognised High Street Bank.

As the successful candidate, you will be expected to assist the Site Manager on the day to day control and running of your site including Health and Safety Briefing, ordering materials and help with the snagging. You will be a point of contact for first aid and manage sub contractors and labour on a daily basis.

You will come from a trades background and hold at least the Red CSCS card, 4 day first aid as well as the 5 day CITB Health and Safety qualifications. however not a necessity. You will be a good communicator and listener and work under your own initiative and motivation. Experience in refurbishment and fit out is essential and retail/bank refurb knowledge is also advantageous.
