	Job Description:



	Estimator - Newcastle - £35-45k I am currently recruiting for a national contractor who provides a range of construction and engineering services across a wide range of sectors including infrastructure building, roads and bridges, complex structures, marine works and coastal defence. They currently an estimator to join their already established and successful commercial department based in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will boast at least 5 years UK based experience working for a similar company and will have relevant construction experience on civil engineering projects. You will have a proven track record for estimating such projects including the experience using computerised estimating software. You must be work well autonomously as well in a team and must be work to tight deadlines. Additionally you will be highly motivated, with excellent communicational and interpersonal skills.
