| Construction Site Manager - London - £40-50k A large regional contractor currently requires an experienced Site Manager to head up a new build £5 million valued commercial project based in London. You will report directly to the contracts manager and will be responsible for the day to day operations of the site. Your duties will include the up keeping of health and safety on site, all aspects of the programme completion, cost and quality control, dealing with sub contractors and maintaining a high level of efficiency and discipline on site. You will come from a trades background and will have at least 4 years experience as a site manager with experience working on projects of a similar size and nature to my client. You will have excellent interpersonal and communicational skills and will work well under pressure and to deadlines. You must come from a contractor background and will display an excellent level of longevity with previous employers. If successful you will receive and excellent package with benefits and bonuses along with a competitive car allowance. NB You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to be considered for this position. | ||
